Supporting this vision is Esther Dalington, serving as Director of Human Capacity & Community Development, where she leads initiatives that foster growth and resilience across communities.

Victor Darlington, the Director of Youth Engagement, champions programs that inspire and equip young people to reach their full potential through sports and mentorship.

Overseeing strategic communications and program innovation is Attorney Timothy Nwachukwu, the Director of Media and Program Development, whose expertise ensures the Foundation’s message and impact are amplified effectively.

Rounding out the team is Engr. Chuma, Chief of Digital Modernization and Technology Advancements, who oversees the integration of cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and expand the Foundation’s global reach.
